Please contact our customer service and provide the reason for your return. We will then take care of your return shipment and provide you with an appropriate return label.
Notes for orders via marketplaces:
- Amazon: If you do not receive a free return label via Amazon, please contact our customer service – we will review your request.
- Otto: Within 30 days from the order date, you can download a free return label in your Otto customer portal. After that, please bear the return shipping costs yourself. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you.
- Temu: Please request your return directly through Temu.
Kaufland: For a purchase price under €40 and without defects, the return shipping must be borne by the customer.
