The return period is usually 30 days from the receipt of the goods.
For customers on marketplaces:
- Amazon: If you do not receive a free return label through Amazon, please contact our customer service, who will review your request.
- Otto: You can download a free return label within 30 days from the order date in your Otto customer portal.
- Temu: Please request your return directly through Temu.
- Kaufland: For a purchase price under €40 and without any defect, the return shipping must be paid by the customer.
After receiving the returned goods, the return will be checked and a refund to the original payment method will be initiated. This can take up to 4 business days.
