Every order has a unique order number that is required to process your request. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email or on the invoice.
If you placed an order through a marketplace, please note:
- Otto: We need the order number that begins with “CBN…”.
- Amazon: The order number starts, for example, with “304-…”.
- eBay: The order number has the format “02-xxxxx-xxxxx”.
You can also view your orders at any time in your customer account with the respective provider – the order number is also included there.
