If you have an inquiry about your order, we always need the order number so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Where can I find my order number?
Every order has a unique order number that is required to process your inquiry. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email or on the invoice.
If you ordered from a marketplace, please note:
- Otto: We need the order number that begins with "CBN…".
- Amazon: The order number begins, for example, with "304-…".
- eBay: The order number has the format "02-xxxxx-xxxxx".
You can also view your orders at any time in your customer account with the respective provider – the order number is also included there.
